Motion by Mrs Blake in regard as to time of payment of dues Art V Sec III lost and remains unchanged.) error in typing. Mrs Blake of Charles City moved that the delegates authorize the Board of Directors of the I.L.W.Voters to draw up Articles of Incorporation to conform with these By-laws we have just adopted and those of the National & proceed to incorporate under the law of Iowa, seconded & carried unanimously. Report of nominating Com. by Mrs Mc Kim, chairman. Following officers were nominated. Pres - Mrs Clark Daniels. 1st Vice " Mrs Dr. Stewart. 2nd " " - Mrs Max Mayer. 3rd " " - Mrs Sadie Passig. 4th " " - Mrs Florence Koch. Rec. Sec. - Mrs Clarence Knutson. Treas - Mrs Robert Jackson. There were no further nominations. Motion prevailed to adjourn. Friday Oct 26 - 1923 From 12 to 2:30 PM a "Get out the Vote" Luncheon was held at Harris-Emery Tea-Room. Mrs I.H. Tomlinson presided. Mrs W.W. Remington of Minneapolis gave a splendid address having the subject Citizens or Inmates. There was not time for the Round Table Discussion to be led by Mrs Clark Daniels on the subject of "How can we secure a 75% vote at the next election
