Reported that a Legislative Group, made up of officers and members of different organizations were meeting to discuss coming legislation. W.C.J.V., Y.W.C.A., Business and Professional Women - Parent Teacher Association. This group called together by Mrs Daniels were meeting and discussing Code Revision & other legislation coming up at the Special Session of the Legislature. Mrs Daniels called on Mrs Spaulding, Child Welfare chairman who said she felt she was too new to have a report. Mrs Spaulding has been appointed by the Governor on a Child Welfare Commission. Mrs Max Mayer - American Citizenship. - Reported she had disposed of a number of programs on Educated Citizenship. was hoping to get out a Bulletin about time of the General Assembly. Number were asking for schools of Citizenship and requests for speakers. Mrs Fred Hunter - International Co-operation - Reported large amount of work done by Mrs Tomlinson through the office service the convention through the placing of Judge Florence Albn and Mrs Rose. This fall the World Court [Week?] and the mailing out of many Harding petitions of which no account of number was kept. Had done what was asked for Armistice Day in Des Moines and plea was read from all pulpits. Mrs Daniels and Mrs Hunter asked to speak before the girls at Ames. Very good crowd and interested group of young girls. Mrs Hunter spoke at a luncheon.
