League of Women Voters minutes, 1920-1925

Board Meeting March 16th 1925
Meeting presided over by Miss Drake. Mrs Elliott appointed secretary. Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Following members present.... Miss Drake... Mrs Mayer... Miss Marshall... Mrs McRin... Mrs Hunter... Mrs Elliott. Convention dates were set for April 13th and 14th.
Mrs Daniels gave report of work being done by the Convention Committee.
A letter form Mrs Sterns was read in which she stated it would be impossible for her to act as chairman of the Ball committee.
A letter from Mrs Tomlinson was read stating that she would be unable to act as chairman of Nominating Committee.
Mrs Mayer moved that Mrs Sale be appointed as chairman of the nominating Committee. Motion carried.
Mrs Mayer moved that Mrs Littell be the fifth member of the nominating committee. Motion carried.
April 1 Board met with the following officers present. Miss Drake presiding - Mrs Max Mayer. Mrs Fred Hunter. Mrs Clarence KNutson. Mrs Gordon Elliott. Mrs Ella McKim. Miss Bonnie Marshall.
Minutes of March 16th were read and approved. Treasurer reported $340.32 on hand with the following bills to be paid- rent $240. - Homestead $122.50. Salary to Mrs. Gay $80. to Mrs Mayer for each advanced $131.50 amounting to $574. Plans were discussed. Adjourned. Mrs Clarence Knutson. Sec'y.
