S [Illegible] 26 Elliott Recording see Mrs Gordon Elliott 25 Treasurer Miss Bonnie Marshall 27. New Officers here presented. A letter was read from Mrs [Floreuer?] Koeh of Cedar [Rapido expressing?] her desire to be [with?] us sending a check of $100 this being the second check of $100 from her as a gift this year. Moved by Mrs Daniels [that?] an [illegible] and letter of appreciation be sent to Mrs [Koeh?] by the [illegible] seconded and carried. Mrs. Daniels read the report of the "Iowa [illegible] [illegible]" on the national child [illegible] [ammendment?] and filed same also the report of the Set-Out-The-Vote campaign State [side?] Co- operative committee and filed same. Final report of Treasurer Miss Bonnie Marshall with all bills paid a [dificil?] of 26.86 but Mrs Sale reported a check [ileggible] had from Mason City of $75. Leaving a small balance Mrs Fred Hunter [moved?] that this report be accepted, seconded by Mrs Mc [Kim?] carried motion by Mrs Mayer that Mrs. Sale
