Mar 18 1926 The sixth annual [illegible] of the Iowa League of Women Voters was called to order at 11 A.M. in the Darcy Hotel, Des Moines Iowa, the President Mrs. Max [Mayer?], presiding. A few words of greeting was given by our President after which the [Hilcance?] for the State was given by Hon. Ben Gibson, Attorney General of Iowa and the Allegiance for the Citizens was given by Hon. James B. [illegible]. Mis Daniels gave the report for the Program Committee and moved that the program presented by the Committee be made the official program of the [illegible] Motion carried. The credential Comm. reported 28 delegates present at this time. The annual reports of the 1st-3rd and 4 [illegible] fees and Secy were given The Treas report was read - reporting $163.70 on hand. Mrs. Parks appointed [illegible], reported that she had examined the Treas [illegible] and found them to be earnest. Mrs. [illegible] moved that the Treas. report together with the Auditors report be accepted. Motion carried.
