Executive Board Meeting - June 12th 1926.
The Executive Board met at the home of Mrs Clarence Knutson. The members present were Mrs Knutson, Mrs Walker, and Mrs Sale. The following bills were presented to Mrs Bernice O'Neil for stenographic work $6.00. To Mrs Max Mayer for work on Iowa League Bulletin $5.25. To Mrs Max Mayer for mimeograph paper $1.00. To E.C. Waller for expressman $2.00, Western Union for telegrams $5.18. Clear Lake Mirror for envelopes $4.00.
Mrs Walker moves + Mrs Sale seconded that these bills be allowed, motion carried. Adjourned.
Board Meeting Iowa City June 29th 1926.
The Iowa League of Women Voters Board and presidents of local League were the invited guests of the State University of Iowa at the invitation of Professor Shambaugh to attend the fourth Commonwealth Conference of the University.
The pres. Mrs C.A. Knutson called a board meeting to meet at Iowa City during the Conference.
At 4 o'clock the following members met at the Hotel Jefferson, Pres. Mrs C.A. Knutson, 1st Vice, Mrs F.A. Stromsten 2nd Vice Pres. Mrs P.S. Irvine, 3rd Vice Pres. Mrs Oscar Ruff. 4th Miss Ruth [illegible]
