B [Lanchard] be our convention parliamentarian - carried. The following appointments were made. Miss Rosenfield- Page to Miss Sherwin. Mrs. Hunter- Program Ch. Miss Blauche [Wingate?] - publicity. Mrs. Maulaby - Headquarters. Miss Marshall and Mrs. Walker - Credentials. Mrs. Daniels - Election Chairman Mrs. [Launspaugh?] - League Literacy Mrs. Jackson, Mrs. King, Mrs. Elliot- Ch. m. luncheons. Mrs. Hamilton announced that a pre convention Board meeting would be held in the coffee shop at the [Broom?] Hotel at 6:30 March 16th. The meeting was adjourned Mrs. A.R. Sale Secy. Motion by Mrs. Hunter that Miss Rosenfeild and Mrs. John O'Rourke be appointed to act as patronesses to the [Willedley?] and Smith College groups. Motion carred. March [illegible] '27 Executive meeting at Mrs. Sales home. Mrs Walker and Mrs. [Kenton?] present. $100 votes to be sent to national
