Mon. 27. 20° - Clear. N.W. Winter day, sure. 20° - at 10:30 Evg. & still. Dinner at Slitor. Home evg. C. in 1/2 hr. P.M. 
Tues. 28. 19° - Clear. S. gtte. Mostly cloudy, P.M. - [Mev?] O Evg. - Dinner at hotel. C in P.M. - At home evg. making out church accts.
Wed. 29. 1° Fair, N.E. gtte. Mostly cloudy. Severe eye-ache growing P.M., & so much evg, did not go to meeting. Church declined to accept Pastor Stewart's resignation. 
Thurs. 30. 8° Mostly cloudy & sng. Fair day, C. in P.M. - Sng evg. eight office a while evg.
Fri. 31. 14° Fair, S.W. 1 in snow last night.Change of breeze P.M. & cooler, but quiet, 3° Evg. Office evening balancing [w/o?]. Called at Gibbs', evg, on pastoral matters.
