April, 1902. Sun. 20. Fair, warmer. Strong S. wind Large congregation morn & evg. M.E. Service morn only, at hall. C.P. no service - both those churches [illegible] up. - Walk to cemetery P.M. girls and Mr. Neyman. Mon. 21. Quite warm & dry. 82° P.M. C. in office P.M. - all at Othello, evg., including Rev. Neyman. - s. wind sky overcast. Tues. 22. 61° morn,; strong s. wind; mostly cloudy. - Gale & dust storm all day. colder. Mr. Neyman went on morning train. office a little while, evg. Wed. 23. 33° at 7:00; fair, N.W. Ice. strong. Fair day but cold. Office a while, evg. Thurs. 24. 35° at 7. Cloudy, S.E. - Ice A little sunshine & a light sprinkle; but cold & dry. - C in P.M. - Set out 1 Duchess & 1 [Tetofski?], from Dayton's. Fri. 25. Rainy morn, & rained in night. Good! rain evg. N.E. - (Supper at hotel.) office evg. H.E. Taylor tells me he is for Co. Atty. and A.J. [Leppart?] for Recorder. Sat. 26. 36° rainy, N.W. furious wind. Clearing slowly all day, C. in P.M. - At Red Cross mtg. evg.
