November, 1918 Sun. 17 49° to 55°; easterly & drizzly. Quarantine on the town again for "flu" so not even S.S. Called on Mr. Lathrop at Dickson's. Seems better than in the summer. Mon. 18 34 to 38° N.W. rainy, & a little snow mixed. Abst. a little. Meeting of church trustees at office evg. till 11. Tues. 19 35° N.W. cloudy. 40° max. office about all day. Wed. 20 34° to 36° Cloudy. N.W. Office mostly Thurs. 21 30° to 32° N.W. cloudy. Fine snow sprinkles. Covered more strawberries morn. [then?] with Spl. Agt. Valentine of F.&C. all day. Ins. evg. Fri. 22 26° to 30° Cloidy, N. and snow in the air. Ground a little whitened morn. Cleared K. stove - pipes & vault, a.m. - Office a short time evg. abstracting. Sat. 23 15° to 31° Fair, N.W. to W.S.W. Doing a little abstracting.
