June, SUNDAY, 5, 1864. up 1/2 past 3 of guard. 1/2 past 5 eat B, Slept, while. went to 155 Reg. they leave for Wash back by 1 heard sermon by Christian comition agent read finished letter to Hatt, mailed it. Warm, sore throat. MONDAY, 6. throat still sore up before roll call. on sick list got pepper made tea. warm, am better this eve, rain P.M. TUESDAY, 7. up at roll call waited on Lewelen. to day, warm. wrote to John, & mailed it. wrote few lines to Ball. festavil in town, [shep?] sick to night
