July, TUESDAY, 26, 1864. got flux this morn. boys pich tents. I lay round. got 2 powders of Gregery. better at night. our forces fall back to Williams port Warm. We can see their Camp fires at night. boys building stone breast works after noon. WEDNESDAY, 27. still unwell lay about tent 19th.. boys Came in Camp to day had a good talk with [Tip?]. Jim. & others Warm day Cool eve no news to day of importance boys on fatigue & picket THURSDAY, 28. still on sick list. all the privates on fatigue duty & picket plesant. went down east side of mountain got berries troops move from there through Boliver
