Ther. Monday, Jan. 23, 1888 Wea. Mercury up to 20 [degrees]+ this P.M. & quite pleasant & mild. Our folks about as well & at usual duties. Rosa_ at home all day but Mrs. Post with another lady considering having donation for M. E. Minister Crouch, in awhile to talk matter over with Rosanna P.M. Quite as well self & spending day much as usual or perhaps more reading than sometimes. Ther. Tuesday 24 Wea Growing colder, but pleasant except for wind. Except Leonard who has had cold in head. All as well & up early. Rosa having washing out way A.M. spending P.M. at home as usual. Tho't self as well except perhaps very slight trouble in stomache in morn, but not to last any while reading in chamber later, had "unconsciousness' with blood pressing to head to leave spots, & also another time at P.M. Rosa coming to me first time
