1881 of Bro Ellery 20 cts. 21st usual quantities Hemp & Canary seed 10 cts. 28th White thread 40 & 50 couple spools 10 cts. 29th [illegible] on Knit lace at our Fair last week. 50 cts. Jan 9th-89 Wednesday. colder, with most blustering snow storm of season, thro' day with sun [dogs?] at night. Our folks about as usual, I guess spending day much same, but Ellery took late supper at home not returning to store after. Mr [Heays?] not thro' with milk today. Tho't selk rather better this morn, but found couldn't get about much with realizing much weakness & I taking it easy as pass few days.
