Addresses. Feb. 6th/89 Wednesday. Very pleasant. 10° (below) this morn but 70+ P.M. & more calm. All appear as well with our folks & busy as ever at usual duties should think, Mr Wedgwood only in. of errand. After another good nights rest tho't self rather better but no "extra strength", & with usual chores at rest with reading & mostly in chamber. Feb. 7th/89 Thursday. Hardly as pleasant, but mercury 4°+ (above) this morn & rose to 26°+ P.M. all about same with our folks, think 'd spending day much as usual, tho' Elling took diner at B. Church "Miss society" again. still rather "weak & poorly" self, having unconscious spell so left breakfast table, spent day in chamber at rest with some reading
