March 23 Sunday Mild, (Mer 25°+ at 7 o.c.) sun shining thro' haze most of AM & quite a breeze from south. Tho' quite muddy, I attended church (B-) with Ellery. Mer 45° at 12 o.c. wind rising all PM looking to rain, but none fell, tho sort of mist in eve with hard blustering wind, Mer 40°+ at 6. We all spent eve at home, E- & I at work at "Biblical Enigma" . March 24 Most like April, not as much wind, some rain had fallen in night, Mer 35°+ at 7 o.c. & rose to 48°+ cloudy in AM but cleared away in PM & only 33°+ at 6 o.c. Spent day much as usual, found old garments for Lena to rip up & little odd jobs for take up time, in to see Rose, once or twice Geo- in of errand just at dusk, Ellery not out late
