May 14 Wednesday Clouds with sun-shine by spells, & much cooler. Mer only 58°+ at noon, & not much above 60°+ in P.M. I spent most of A.M. looking up patterns &c, & cutting out w-shirts for E- & part of P.M. getting work together. Lena doing some stitching on same, Estelle called about tea-time, & after we were in to see Rose, I went home with Estelle to spend night. May 15 Bright & pleasant, tho cool but no wind (Mer up to 68 in P.M.). All up early at Mr. Pratts' this morning. I came down with Estelle, who is helping her Aunt for awhile, reaching home at 8 o,c, Lena also just home little while, she having spent night out also. Geo & Rose off in A.M. to visit her sister. I finished letter to Charlotte in A.M.
