July 11 Friday Still pleasant & very warm. All well, & I kept busy about currants, making couple qts jam, in A.M. down to Maz Stewarts of errand also, kept busy, till middle P.M. after which had a nap, Anna picked lot of currants last of P.M. & after tea went to let Mrs GoodsKoontz know we wanted butter, & I kept busy look over currants. The Misses Ella & Millie Clark called with "Aunt Flag" July 12 Looking likely to rain but none fell, weather remaining about same, I had an unconscious spell after breakfast, but was so kept busy about house all A.M. with Anna's help made two & a half qts currant marmalade. In P.M. Estelle came down to help me make fringe for (tidy?) which we did & had good visit. Maz S- in awhile to sit in eve, Lena came here today & Anna went home.
