to see Maz & "Baby" Monday November 24 Sunshining bright, but quite windy. I spent day much as usual, doing up some jobs repairing, & spent eve at same, Rose & Geo returned from their visit in A.M. of course I was in to see them awhile in P.M. Was down to Mrs Spaulding's soon as could in morn with dress goods. Mrs Howe in awhile in P.M. first for sometime, Estelle in to sit awhile also & went with her in November 25 Very pleasant, but little wind & Mer only reaching 30°+ in P.M. Pleasantest day for sometime, & spent A.M. at odd jobs & putting to rights, Mrs H_ called on her way from "shopping", & having found our furs returned from Dubuque, bro't mine to me. In P.M. Charlotte called & we started out, called on Mrs Stone, then on to see Mrs Pratt, where I had convulsion which kept us till after 5 o,c, (rest of page illegible)
