(?) spent eve after 8 o,c, at home with Lena Wednesday November 26 Dark & dismal, air filled with fine rain or frozen mist, all day with some thunder in evening, going slippery & bad, I found self better this morning tho' head felt bad still, but "taking it easy" it wore away in A.M. Charlotte left soon after breakfast (late) to spend day with Mrs Eldridge. I went in in P.M. to sit an hour or so with Rose & Clyde, Lena using her machine. November 27 Another dark cloudy day, no rain, but sloppy bad going from more hard rain in night, all well as usual again, except cold of course I didn't go out to the meeting expecting George-Rose & "Clyde" here to early dinner, as Geo_ has to be in P.O. as usual but Charlotte came from church (C.P.) & in season to take dinner with us, here most of P.M. Rose & baby couple hours, I went with C_ to (rest of page illegible)
