Then almost involuntarily my thoughts were turned to Him who ruleth among the affairs of men, and I thought that it might be His will that I should not again return and trying to resign myself to His will and commit myself to His keeping I gradually sank into a state of semi-consciousness accompanied with a total suspension of thought.
