of spoiling yours. April 1st Bob Glenn & lady came last night, & almost the first thing they heard was, Jim & I were to be married soon. The people here are in a great way to know sure. But I am going to keep shady. This is a bright beautiful morning. You had to make me feel so serious. I guess I will not write any more until I find whether what I have written is acceptable. You will write by return mail wont you? just as I have done. It was outrageous for you to ask me to. Why I could not have thought one complete sentence. Besides I was going to a party that evening, & wanted to enjoy one more before I disposed of my self. Write Very soon, Clara.
