6 June 1858 p 2 do not know where I can get one. There are too many teachers here for those who have to pay board & rent to make much, so I want to go into the country. My health is excellent & there is nothing which troubles me only I want a school, & in fact I must have one, if I can not get more than one scholar, You have said nothing more about September or October. Now you would not have me take a school & not finish it, I am sure, But we will talk about that when you come down, which I hope will be soon. Yesterday Mr Bussy & lady were here & before they left he asked Mrs. M. if she “thought we were going to be married.” She "said “Yes,” When she told me I told her she aught to be [pounded?], It was too bad. I guess I wouldent go up to B. for a good deal. Allen & Mary talk of you
