-3- Yes the foreign officers are students but, of course, they don't mingle with the cadets nor are they in our classes; they have their own classes. I think I mentioned that Houston is about 18 miles away. One can go by bus but theres always a long line waiting. The busses are either old rickety Ford busses of about 1930 vintage or converted trucks. I've only been to Houston twice. The others go in for some wine and women - two things denied them here - but since I'm interested in neither of these locally, nothing especially attracts me there.
