Army Air Forces Navigation Schol San Marcos, Texas 25 May - Tuesday [1943] Good Evening, Dearest: This is my first evening off if 5 weeks - save sometimes Sat and Sundays. We are always on duty until 10 p.m. but tonight for no known reason I'm off. So what better way to spend it than chatting with you. Your dad really is good at figuring out mechanical gadgets. That's something I am no good at, not a bit. How do you like the mimeo when it behaves? That habit of some coming high and some low bothered me too... it never did that when it was never. But the little old mimeo has seen a pretty rough life. You're right about not publishing so often... and probably we wont be able to use so much contributed
