Pulaski Tenn. March 20 /64 Dear Father Yours of the 2nd & 3rd I recd on the 11th & 13th and on the 16th I received the enclosed from Cousin George of cource I was quite supprised to hear from him. we have very fine weather the peach trees have been in bloom for over 2 week enclosed are some, also a Dafodill bud. how will the 4th and 5th ward's do about the next (200,000) I reather think that some of the bleading fiew will get tired of procuring substitutes or men to fill the quotas by paying extra bounties. it tickles the boys down here to think of the
