squerming of a fiew [illegible] aged at home the papers seam to intend to move the 16th and some fiew other Corps to the Potomac but of cource the papers know every thing but still their news dont pass for orders in the army one thing is certain that Gen. Grant will try and make a ten strike this spring he seams to of taken the right view by the looks of the (200000) men the more the merryer and easyer. I sent Kelley's note for Mr. Buffum in my letter of the 28th of Feb. I am well Yours &c Geo. F. Hall
