by the out lay of but two or three hundred for example I invested [in one on] Dunkard my actual outlay has [been] 75$ 75/00 and I would not take one red less than 500$ in Greenbacks and in an other I have one 20th and have expended 220$ & the shares are valued at 3000$ of course I have not sold for these figures but make the statemet to show the value of Stocks & I am certain to realize these amts should there not something unforeseen traspire to prevent I can invest for you in the wells I am selling stock for at this time and but little means if any will be needed before the middle or last of June & to pay by assesments all will not be needed for some three or four months longer I organize one Co. the 20 of this month, shares 105$ each pd in assesments as above.
