New Hartford Fri 12 May Fixed fence this side of bridge went after Hannah drew [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] Sat. 13. sun dogs got plain to be seen [illegible] drew 2 [illegible] from [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] and I shot 2 dogs went after horses waded creek. Sun. 14 went to Church Eld Faucett preached J Smith had [illegible] C. Harmon here after S. School Hannah and I took boat ride Mon 15 May I looked for my old mare all day I could not find her Saw them laying track Tues May 16th went after mare to Ed Norlons 8 miles I found her she had a little colt got home at [illegible] C. Harmon got 6 bush potatos [illegible] [illegible] [illegible]
