New Hartford June Tues 13 plowed in front of barn found old mare in O. Shears just 3 year old mare to Hazeltons Pa lent Wm Clark $100.00.30 D's. rainy P.M. Wed 14 went to H. Peaks & Borrowed his (fagoning?) mill Gen helped clean wheat P.M. Church's was here & took fanny home to cure wring bones again Thur 15 Pa went to Mill C. Falls, went & found my old mare & put fetter (?) Fri 16 Started early to go Fishing with Pecks folks met them at R. (?) there was about 100 persons present quite a civil time Sat 17 it rained all (nite?) and all day to day Eld Tracy come here to stay all night Ella Daneheap's at the point of Dead Sun 18 went to Church no S. School (rest illegible)
