I am that you are home, judging from the number on your boat I imagine that you may have suffered much discomfort but they will soon be forgotten in the joy of being home. Rather queer isn't it, my David landed yesterday too but on the [Cape ship name?"]. I have been more than busy for the last six weeks as my Father has had a very serious nervous breakdown but he is a little better now and we are hoping that he may fully recover, He was sick here at home all of June but did not improve at all, on the first of July we took him over to Dr. Tauger Brown's Sanitorium at Kenilworth, I stayed in the city until Saturday when Dr. Brown said he thought Father (illegible) fully recover, he really is better away from the family and will probably have to be away several weeks. Lots of love to all three of you and hoping to see you soon. Affectionately Madeline McConall
