took off. He went down and got it back yesterday after noon and it wasnt harmed at all. Gee whiz they moved four more guys in here last night we now have forty men in an area intended for about 25. Perhaps this is just temporary at least I surely hope so I hate to be crowded so much. Got a letter from you and a nice long one from [Peggy?] yesterday. [Floyd?] hadn't written fo rsome time and says he is coming out to [Gunner?] this winter to see his cousin Cliff he gave me his address and told me to be sure and see him but its quie a way up there and Im going to send some money or try at least. Just went to dinner, pretty go od today we had baked ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, string beans, bread [butter?] with mayonaisse, in [cream?] with cake. Sometime the food is good and sometimes it's junk. Don't have to go to work till six this morning so I can have a little time of my own this afternoon. They are fixing a day room for us now. It has a radio, books magazines its as [illegible]. I haven't had time to visit it but the fellows say its going to be nice. I must stop and go to mail call. Love Johnny
