[Thom?] I thought to go + do it for him, but he said, "Michael (my name) write another Testament for me, will you please? With greater pleasure sir, I told him, but only if you don't mind to dictate it to me, than he started saying just the place + date etc. Here is another copy. Last will and testament. I walter H. Fox being of sound mind and body do hereby bequeth what ever property I may posses to my wife Bess Peebles Fox. This last will and Testament is to supercede all others Just when I finished it I asked to go + call the men that deal with that business, and he said, go + by to me [agles?], but I said shall I call the nurses for you, he said no. I thought that his ilness is becoming more serious, so I went and call two other nurses Miss Kathryn Williams + Miss [Gielilourds?], before they came Miss Mariette Wilsy came in + he said to her to write the testament again, what she did, I went to fetch the things for him.
