Tell John to tell Maurice Kirlin about it. I met a guy here, that I [illegible] at Sioux City last winter, when I was on the wrecker. They have a german song over all the piano, they are trying to find some one who can translate it. But I gess there all scared or cant. I wrote Billie a card. I haven't rec. that candy yet. We had cake and rasbarrie sause for dinner, so we do get some pastery. The thread and neadles come in handy all ready, I lost a button of my unform and I sewed it on. I am going to get some hooks and eyes, to pull on the ends of my coat so it won't flair out. It fits me like a corset. Can you emagen how I look. I am going to a show to night we get off from 7 pm to 945 but we can git permishing to stay out until 1 pm. Last night some bird came in about 2 [illegible] loaded to the eyes her in the gard house.
