Frances [Withrow?] is going to be married next [illegible]. She is going to marry a machinist. Seems to be a very nice fellow. Gee I wish my mother would let me go as a Red Cross. I am just crazy to go. But she won't even let me take first aid. I think I will take it on the side + surprise Mother when I leave. Say Tomy dear was here Sat nite.
