Philadelphia Pa. June 12, 1917 1818 Arch St. Dear Mack_; Well I am sorry you are going to France. I suppose you will have a dandy time. I am glad Nordeen is going with you You wont be so lonesome. Mother sent me the letter you wrote to Pokey it sure was good They were seven of us went out to a park last night and had a dandy time. I was in hopes you could come here. They are two Sailors here in the same rooming house we are in and one of them
