Chicago Ill. Tuesday 12, 1917 (June) Dear Sister. I rec. your letter this am. and was glad to get it altho I had to wright twice. I met Leo Lull the other day, and he said he got a letter from you. He sure was glad to see me, I seen Floyed Dickman he said he liked it fine. There is about ten around my cot. We got our guns this am. an a big long knife. We go to the Dr. this afternoon to get a shot in the back that means a sore back for a few days. But after you get it there is no danger getting any kind of
