Well i have got nothing of any important to write you had better not write here any more. against this gets home we will be at St Louis and we may stay there some time for all i know if you do write direct to St Louis and not Benton Kentucky for we may quarter in the city The weather has been very cold for the past week but today looks like spring i have some things i may send home when I get to St Louis if we are paid off which I think we will be i will close for this time and and write soon as i can yours truly P.
