Orange Pudding. baked Crumb some stale sponge cake. put it in a dish or basin. heat up 1/4 pound of sugar 4 eggs, a pint of cream with the Juices and Zest of four oranges. pour it into a dish that is lined with puff paste. pinch bits of butter on, bake in a moderate oven. lemon puddings the same way _____ Maccaroni Pudding, baked. Make a custard of 8 eggs 1/2 pound of lump sugar half a pint of cream and 1/2 pint of milk. pour this in a dish lined with puff paste, drop half a dozen spoonfulls of apricot and strawberry Jam about the bottom of the dish. have ready 1/4 pound of maccaroni boiled & cut 2 inches long, drop this in, & bake.
