A Sweet Omlet of Fritter well beat 10 eggs and 3 ounces of sugar. have ready half a pound of fresh butter in a pan quite hot, pour in the eggs. shake them round and let it all run together down the pan into a lump. when ready to stir, turn it, do it of a nice brown dish up. dust with sugar and hold a hot shovel over it. almonds, zests, fruits, chopt Herbs & c may be made into omlets. _____ Other Kinds of Puddings Apple, Green Gage, Magnum Bonum, Raspberry, Gooseberry, Damson, Cherry, Currant, Apricot, Rice, Bread, Pound.
