Veal, Fillets & C a leg or shoulder fillet should be stuffed and tied up tightly. papered over. serve with melted butter with the gravy that comes from it in the dish. mixed together. serve brocoli, Green peas, stewed cucumber, or french beans, it will take 2 1/2 Hours Roasting. _____ Pork serve it across, and stuff it with sage, onions, pepper and salt. Sweat down in a pan. Roast it 2 Hours and serve with apple sauce, put some plain gravy in the dish _____ Sucking pig. Bake 2 1/2 Hours. let it be stuffed when done. chop the stuffing and brains together & mix it with plain gravy
