Hares Stuff these with breadcrumbs chopt suet. thyme and parsley, nutmeg salt. pepper. chop the liver fine. Save the blood and mix all together with 3 or 4 eggs, Sew it up. Case it with fat bacon, spit and roast, server with plenty of rich gravy in the dish, and sweet sauce in boats. a small Hare will take an hour and half, a large one two Hours. _____ Wild Ducks, Teal, etc The ducks to be stuffed like tame ones but not the teal. Roast the duck 1/2 Hour, teal 20 Minuites, Serve with sauce [not?] [2%?]
