Good Friday Buns April 15 1881 Made 3 Bushells of Flour into Currant Buns - 1 1/2 Do into plain ordered 10 [?] worth sold about 30 |- some few left - 4 tins made early extra - 16 gallons milk 12 lbs of German Barm Buns rather too good = plain especially - mixed early finished about 7 Ok - fine day Sold pretty well of Cakes
