Lexington Apts. 201 Great Falls, Montana Nov. 27, 1944 Dear Mr. Elder; Just a line to let you know of my change of address. Have been transferred to the Ferrying Command of the Air Transport Comand. As I understand it I'll get to go to school and learn to fly a number of planes, B-17 is included. After finishing my training here I'll be flying planes from factories to army fields. Sounds like a good job to me and I am sure I'll like it. By the by, I'd like to thank you and the Y.'s Mens Club for the Scuttlebutt. You are doing a swell job and it is realy appreciated. Friend, Bill [Lt. William J. Walker]
