These are both clippings from the women's Page in the Traer Star-Clipper, The Editor of the page Mrs. [Elwen?] Taylor one of the cleverest women in the profession was county chairman of the Woman's Com. and here expresses what was so generally felt, that Iowa women had to work at such a disadvantage, compared with those in states with financial backing from the State Council -- I ought to say here that Sen. Lafe Loung felt the injustice of it as truely as any one.
