[Sept. 17, 1917] Monday Night 1917 Dear Sister I received your letter a couple of days ago and Im just now getting time to ans. it. we are very busy right now we go to our drill grounds are about 1 mile and 1/2 from our tents and we go to drill at 7:30 and back at 11:30 and again at 1:00 and back at 4:30 and we have very little rest. We go through the aviation field and get to see the airplanes rise and come down again. A good many of them have moved from here now to some other school. There are only about 20 or maybe less. Col. Roosevelt
