June 2nd I went in the country & got some butter & onions had young potatoes for dinner & supper the weather very warm returned to camp about 10 P.M. " 5th I am arrested & sent to prison for refusing to go on fatigue duty when I was sick & did not feel able to work " 6th had some ripe apples " 7th am released by the influence of Lt Slenou & returned to duty
