they were having the measles then part of them the two youngest has Wright had them yet. is he getting over being homesick yet. I dreamed about him the other night. Well I will finish your letter today Saturday since Ihave got able to do anything there is lots to do and it keep me busy, have your cows got used to the country yet - does your hens do well mine do, but eggs are only 8 cts. Mrs. Shoemaker has a hen set, she will beat me, the roads are very bad here now mud up to your knees or higher. I suppose you have lots to do too wish could see you and your new house. what will you do with (illegible) keep boarding house have (illegible) seen the ghost yet. Mr. Shoemaker said that it wouldent stand much show (illegible) that weigh but 15 lbs (illegible) weighed the dog you (illegible) will close now. (illegible) have time, and I (written in top margin - Please excuse my writing with a pencil I couldn't find a pen in the house.)
