Feb. 13 1919 Bonnet France My Dear Mother. I received your letters the last mail I got three from you two from Leona. The weather is getting a whole lot better if it keeps this way the snow will soon be gone and than I expect we will be wading mud. So Earl and Bob are both released Lucky Birds, but still if we get home inside of the next six months I wouldent trade places with either one for I have had lots of expirences and a whole dam lot of hardships. I suppose they both think they know something of army life but neither
