May 6th 1888 Dear sister and Brother I resieved your kind letters and was very glad to hear from you I answered your first letter 3 weeks ago and I dont see why you did not get It. I hope that you Will get this We are having a late spring here folks are not done seeding yet and Frank has not Commenced his gray mare has got a little Geld Old nell lost her little Geld Sunday. Mary Neil is staying at home now but she will move soon Mr [byrns?] Is going to build a new house over where that little bunch of trees stands and Jess and Mary are going to live in the Old house. Mrs Eggleston comes over every sunday night Just as we are going to bed and stays till 10 oclock I was up home two weeks ago and staid
